Twenty years into the Agile movement and we still don’t fully understand why it matters, why we should care. And even if we know why, where do we fit into it? In this interactive session we will briefly explore the value and purpose of Scrum and Agile. This will then set us up to have a deeper conversation about where you, the UX person, fit into the Agile world.
